At Willow Health Media, we’re committed to telling high-quality, evidence-based health stories — and we welcome you to republish our articles online or in print for free under a Creative Commons — Attribution/No Derivatives license. Just follow a few simple guidelines:

  1. Permission Requirements 
  • Title and URL of the content. 
  • Planned publication date and platform. 
  • Expected audience reach and geographic distribution. 
  1. Attribution and Credit 
  • Credit the original author(s). 
  • Include this source line: 
         “This story was originally published by Willow Health Media. Read the original article here: [insert link].” 
  1. Content Integrity 
  • Don’t change the text, meaning, or context without approval by the Editor-in-Chief or an authorized designate. 
  • Use original headlines and images unless approved otherwise to incorporate your own ‘house style.’  
  • Check image rights before use. 
  • Insert our analytics embed code (provided with the article). The embed code will collect anonymous data such as page views, the page where the content is published, the referring page, basic device details, approximate location, and time of visit to help us understand how audiences engage with our content. 
  1. Republication Platforms 
  • Digital: Include a canonical link to the original article. 
  • Print: Add the source line and original publication date. 
  • Social Media: Tag us and link to the original article. 
  1. Exclusivity and Embargoes 
  • Some content is exclusive or under embargo. Check with us first. 
  1. Non-Commercial Use 
  • Content is for editorial use only. Commercial use requires separate agreement. 
  • No Paywall: Don’t put republished content behind a paywall. 
  1. Termination of Rights 
  • We can revoke republication rights if guidelines aren’t followed.
